MTV Type M – Mid-Range Transport

The MTV Type M is a high-performance vessel for medium-range missions over planets, outposts, and orbital stations. With its robust frame, wide landing gear, and modular interior layout, it serves as a reliable transporter for crew, supplies, and mission equipment. The ship features two playable interior levels and offers ample space for the pilot, co-pilot, captain, and crew. An integrated docking bay on the side allows for the secure attachment of the smaller Type D vessel—ideal for missions requiring surface shuttles or rapid recovery capabilities. Like other ships in the modular merchant fleet, the Type M features interchangeable hull sections such as the Type S and Type L, allowing for customized configurations and creative fleet construction.
The interior is Gridforge-enabled and uses a modular tile system that lets you rearrange walls, crates, and mission gear on the fly. The tiles snap securely into place, making the layout easy to adjust during or between missions—ideal for evolving scenarios, quick retools, or story-driven play.

This model has been specifically designed for 28mm sci-fi and cyberpunk tabletop and role-playing games and integrates seamlessly into a wide variety of gaming environments, including
Star Wars, Infinity, Traveller, Aliens RPG, Core Space, Five Parsecs from Home,
Stargrave and Warhammer 40K.

3D printing and assembly

The model is delivered unpainted, made of non-toxic, gray PLA. We inspect all our products before shipping. However, due to the nature of 3D printing, some objects may require cleaning before use.
The model uses the OpenLOCK clip system for easy, adhesive-free installation.
